Some common questions we get about the Resgrid feature set.

Yes, we are always looking for ways to improve our platform and add new features that would help our users. If we are missing a feature you need, for either the hosted platform or our open-source feature (they are the same code bases), you can request it via our support portal. We will need you to provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots, workflows, etc.
If something is broken just open up a support ticket and we'll start looking into it. Some things may be a quick fix, others may take longer. But if there is a feature that is missing functionality you can request it via our support portal. We will need you to provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots, workflows, etc.
We update Resgrid frequently, sometimes multiple times a day. New and large features may take a while to be released, but we are always pushing out updates.
We like to specialize apps for example the Resgrid Responder or Resgrid Unit for the role/need they are trying to fill. This allows the app to only contain the functions needed to meet the need keeping the app simple and easy to use. As such we are always looking for opportunities to create new apps to meet the needs of our users.
